Crazy baking day, just not working out!

So I'm here on a lovely thursday evening trying to finish up an order. It just doesn't seem to be working today. My cake did not rise properly and I burnt the first one :( . I will have to start over. I really wish my oven worked properly.

I have to make Marshmallows too. I really just want to curl up in my bed and sleep, I'm not really in the mood to bake which could be the reason why it's not working out to well today.  I don't think there is much to write. I will write a post tomorrow perhaps there will be more to tell.

Well Hello Blog world,
Today is a wonderful Tuesday, I have been baking up a storm as I have a couple orders to fill. This morning I did the base for my barn cake and the cupcakes for the farm animals. My son woke up so I had to put it all on hold *Smile*.

I did manage to get my floors done too. My house is looking spotless and smelling amazing! I will put pictures up of the finished cake, it is for a first birthday. Babies love animals so I think this is a perfect cake. Also the nice thing about this cake is the added cupcakes, you can make two different types of cakes which  is nice so people can have to choice.

I have found the most amazing cupcake recipe!! After using it I will never use another yellow cupcake recipe again. I adapted it from my new Miette cook book. I absolutely love this book!! So I have a pretty busy week this week, I have 3 birthday cakes to do, a couple batches of macaron cookies and some marshmallows. I just hope my little guy will cooperate *Smile*. I so enjoy what I do!! I hope everyone else is having a great cooking day and a great day in general. I will add pictures of my finished work.

Hi Blog world,
So this blog is all about my adventures in baking and crafting. I love both very much! My first post won't be too long as my son is yelling at me to feed him so he can nap. I'm not new to baking or crafting but very new to selling myself lol (wait that doesn't sound right, you understand, I hope). I'm not sure how to market myself so I have been talking to some people who will help me. I have been baking very many years and  have been perfecting my skills.
